Entrust Pension Limited (Entrust) is a leading independent professional trustee company that helps companies manage their occupational pension schemes with confidence.

We work alongside employers, co-trustees, advisers, administrators, and other service providers to deliver strong governance, informed decision-making, and positive outcomes for members and scheme employers.

With over 30 years of industry experience, we have acted as trustee to more than 150 occupational pension schemes across a wide range of sectors and jurisdictions. Our experienced team has supported schemes through significant regulatory change, complex funding negotiations, benefit projects, de-risking exercises, corporate transactions and scheme wind-up transactions. Since Entrust was established in 1994 we have helped to safeguard the interests of more than 30,000 members and managed over £2bn of assets.

Entrust is part of Gateley, a leading professional services business. Entrust’s experienced team comprises six Trustee Directors supported by three Trustee Practitioners. Together, they bring a breadth of expertise gained across all areas of the pensions industry, including legal, actuarial and investment disciplines and qualifications. The wider team also has extensive pension administration experience, providing valuable operational insight and practical support.

Our experience extends across the pension scheme lifecycle; we have established new defined benefit schemes, our day-to-day work involves ongoing scheme governance including funding and strategy discussions and we have extensive experience of buy-in and buyout projects, scheme closure and scheme wind up. This enables us to support employers and members at different stages of scheme maturity and to provide continuity as key stakeholders’ priorities, strategies and objectives evolve over time.

We operate a team based model to providing trustee services and allocate a dedicated practitioner team, including a Trustee Director, to each of our appointments.
